Whiskey-drinkin' Weaselhawk Iowans

Try some of this if you haven't. If you would've gone to Merlin's Rest after the game last night, you could've had some.

Post-Game followup

For those of you who missed out on grub and beverages at Merlin's rest after last night's "victory" over ASMP -- I looked up a couple of details and thought I should share them. Especially since nobody else is posting anything (except Jake -- love those awesome videos, man).

If you're a fan of shovels ...

... and in the Providence/Boston area:
if you're into bowling, and are in the St. Louis area:
(doooohh ... it looks like the museum's closed and will re-open in 2010 in Texas)
if you're a fan of John Wayne and happen to be in Winterset, Iowa:
While visiting Winterset, you can visit the birthplace of Craig Phillips (Madison County Memorial Hospital). Phillips lived across the street from the hospital at 305 Hutchings from 1957 through 1976. Soldier Field was just to the west of the Phillips home; Packer stadium was to the north, on the hospital grounds. Both sites also served as baseball and whiffle ball fields.
